Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you’ve ordered multiple products, they may be shipped together or separately - depending on availability. Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery: After dispatch, your order typically reaches you within:
- 3–5 business days in metro cities.

5–7 business days for other locations.
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

Address & Delivery Issues: Please double-check that your address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing the order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or failed deliveries, and we wouldn’t want that to happen.
