At Let’s Supp, we care deeply about your experience. While we hope you love every order, we understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected issues come up. Here’s how we handle cancellations, replacements, and refunds - transparently and fairly.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it or any time before it’s dispatched - whichever comes first.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it as it’s already on its way to you.

To request a cancellation, please email us at Trust@letssupp.com with your order number.

Once confirmed, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.
Replacement Policy

Your wellness and safety are our top priorities. For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered- unless there’s an issue with your order.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing any items: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Trust@letssupp.com. Include the following details:
- Order number.
- Images or videos showing the issue.
- Shipping label and invoice copy.

A short description of what happened.

Eligibility

Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once our team reviews your request, we’ll get back to you within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.

If the product is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Replacements are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days of approval.

We cannot replace opened, used, or tampered products.

Replacements are not provided for a change of mind or personal preference.
Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only if a replacement isn’t possible (e.g., product out of stock).

All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 business days after confirmation.
