Cancellation of Your Order

We can accept your cancellation request only if it is made within 48 hours of order placement or before your order is sent out for delivery, whichever comes first.

Once your order is out for delivery, we cannot accept a cancellation request, as your wellness essential pack is already on its way.

Once we receive your email, we will confirm your cancellation and initiate a refund process. This may take up to 7-10 business days.

The payment you made for your order will be refunded through the original method of payment.
Replacement of Your Order

Your safety and wellness are our top priority, and for this reason, we usually don’t accept return and replacement requests once the delivery is made. However, there are certain cases wherein we do accept such requests.

These can include scenarios in which a wrong or an incomplete order has been delivered to you. Also, if you receive damaged or defective wellness essentials, we will certainly go ahead with your replacement request.

Eligibility For Replacement

It is important for you to ensure that the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for replacement.

We cannot offer a replacement if the product is opened, used or damaged.

We also cannot replace a product for reasons like a change of mind or personal preference.
The Replacement Process

Once we receive your replacement request, we will review it and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

If we approve your request, we will arrange for someone to pick up your order from your address.

Additionally, we will send you a replacement products and delivered within 5-7 days. No additional delivery fees will be charged for the same.

Just in case the wellness supplement is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Refund Policy & Process

We offer a refund only when we cannot arrange for a replacement.

Please allow us 7-10 business days your refund will be credited to original mode of payment. We will refund the complete amount to your original method of payment.

For a COD (cash on delivery) order, we will refund your amount to your bank account in around 14 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
