We’ll send you a confirmation email after you place an order with us.

• Available Payment Options 

We offer you several payment methods for your convenience. You can use any of the following methods to pay for your order - UPI, Debit & Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard) and Net Banking (NEFT).

• Processing of Your Order 

• We process every order within 1-3 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days. 

• Each product is carefully checked before it is packed and sent to you to make sure that it is not defective or damaged in any way.

• In case you have ordered multiple products, we may send them together or separately. This completely depends on the availability of the products you have ordered.
  
  

• Shipping & Delivery of Your Order 

• Once your order is packed, we make arrangements for its safe and timely delivery. We use reliable courier services for this purpose.

• Metro Cities: Delivery within 3-5 business days

• Other Cities: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

• We do not charge any shipping fee for orders above ₹479. For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee will be added at checkout. This fee will be displayed at the time of order placement.

• We understand that you’ll want to know when your order is finally going to reach you. That’s why we will share a tracking link (via SMS or email) once your order is sent out for delivery. With the help of this link, you can easily track the delivery status of your order in real time.
  
  

• Issues Related to Address & Delivery 

• We want your order to reach you on time. Therefore, we would really appreciate it if you take a moment and verify that all your details - address and contact - are correct and complete at the time of order placement itself. 

• Incomplete or incorrect information may delay delivery or cause it to return, which we would love to avoid. Taking a minute to review your details really helps us serve you better.

• Certain factors can sometimes lead to delays in deliveries. These factors can include unfavourable weather conditions, issues with courier services, and government regulations and restrictions.

• How We Handle Lost or Missing Orders  

• Your order is important to us and should reach you within a stipulated time. If it doesn't, please reach out to our support team right away. We are always here to help.
